Copyright Notice

Authors who publish their articles in JSPD: Jurnal Sekorong Pendidikan Dasar, published by Bintang Sekorong, agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright and First Publication Rights. Authors retain the copyright to their published work and grant JSPD: Jurnal Sekorong Pendidikan Dasar the right of first publication. Published works are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license, which permits others to share and adapt the work, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original author and the work's initial publication in this journal is acknowledged. Any adapted work must be distributed under the same license.

  2. Non-Exclusive Distribution. Authors may enter into separate additional agreements to distribute the published version of their articles on a non-exclusive basis, for example through institutional repositories or publication in books, provided that the article's initial publication in JSPD: Jurnal Sekorong Pendidikan Dasar is acknowledged.

  3. Author Dissemination. Authors are permitted and encouraged to disseminate their work online before and during the manuscript submission process, including through institutional repositories or personal websites, provided that such dissemination is consistent with the journal's policies and applicable scholarly publication ethics. This practice is intended to encourage academic discussion, increase research visibility, and broaden the dissemination and citation of scholarly work.

  4. Protection of Third-Party Rights. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties. Permission must be obtained for any reused copyrighted material where required, and appropriate acknowledgment of the source must be provided.

  5. Publisher's Rights. JSPD: Jurnal Sekorong Pendidikan Dasar reserves the right to publish, distribute, and disseminate accepted articles in accordance with the publication agreement and the applicable Creative Commons license.

By submitting and publishing an article in JSPD: Jurnal Sekorong Pendidikan Dasar, authors acknowledge that they have understood and agreed to the copyright and licensing terms set out in this policy.
